We test the metal and confirm its weight and purity before making a final offer. Contact us if you are unsure what you have, and wait for approved shipping instructions before sending it.

Once accounts are live, sign in to see your requests and completed sales recorded by our team. Each completed sale includes its date, item details, amount paid and a downloadable sales receipt. Previous sales must be added to your account by our team.

Yes. A $30 wire-transfer fee is deducted from your agreed sale amount. For example, a $3,000 sale paid by wire results in a $2,970 payout. Your sales receipt lists the sale amount, wire fee and final amount paid. Zelle is an option for total transactions under $2,500, subject to eligibility and bank limits.

Yes. We offer Zelle for transactions with a total payout under $2,500, subject to bank eligibility and limits. For $2,500 or more, use bank wire with a $30 fee deducted from your payout. Once accounts are live, save the name and email address or U.S. mobile number enrolled with Zelle in your private account. No account or routing number is needed for Zelle. Our payment schedule remains within 24 hours after final-offer acceptance, with weekend payments processed Monday.

Use your bank-provided incoming domestic wire instructions: account holder name and address, bank name and address, wire routing number, account number and any additional instructions. Wire routing numbers may differ from ACH or check routing numbers. Once private bank instruction collection is active, submit these details only inside your signed-in account. Never send bank details by email or WhatsApp, or provide bank login credentials.

Payments for offers accepted on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday. During the week, we send payment within 24 hours of your acceptance. Bank posting times may vary.

We weigh your items and test their metal content using a certified XRF analyzer (XRF gun). The appraisal is filmed with Meta glasses to document the process for transparency. Your final offer is based on the confirmed weight, purity and spot price, and you decide whether to accept it.

Your estimate uses the selected metal's current spot price, the weight and purity you enter, and our current purchase rate. The estimated payout is a purchase offer estimate, not the full spot value of your metal. For example, 10 grams of 14K gold contains approximately 5.833 grams of fine gold. Sterling silver is 925 parts per thousand; fine silver marked 999 is 999 parts per thousand. The calculator excludes gemstones and any collectible premium.

We request the latest available XAU (gold) or XAG (silver) price for your selected metal from Gold API every 30 seconds. The quote’s timestamp appears below the calculator. Provider delays and market closures can affect freshness. If the quote is more than five minutes old or the feed fails, the calculator pauses until a current quote is available.

Shipment eligibility, declared value and coverage must be confirmed for your specific items before shipping. Do not send gold or silver until we have supplied approved instructions and confirmed the applicable coverage and limits.

You decide whether to accept after reviewing the appraisal. If you decline, request the return of your items. Return-shipping terms and any charges must be agreed before you send your items.

We send payment within 24 hours after you accept your final offer. Payments falling on a weekend are processed on Monday. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds. Never send bank details through email or WhatsApp.
